Integrating Coaching with Energy Healing: The Path to True Healing,Transformation and Manifestations
Over a decade, I have dedicated myself to personal development. I’ve acquired multiple certifications by working with coaches, mentors, and energy masters that are all leading experts in their field. These experiences along with my own journey of self-discovery, allowed me to create my recipe for manifestations.
One of the unique aspects of my approach is the integration of energy healing into the coaching and mentorship. With the energy healings I perform, I help release any trapped emotions, clear energetic blockages, and cultivate a sense of clarity.
Everything has an energetic output; our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and bodies, they all carry a frequency. The fastest way to manifestation is increasing our vibrational frequency and the fastest way to increasing our vibrational frequency is through energy work.
The great news is that whether you believe in the concept of energy or not, the effects of energy healing can still be experienced. The beauty of energy healing lies in its ability to address the root causes regardless of the person’s belief system. These root causes can include remnants of childhood traumas, energies picked up from other people or those transferred genetically. They can manifest as limiting beliefs, unwanted patterns, habits, negative feelings and even physical ailments.
Energy healings can unlock these deep-seated patterns and release the energetic imprints that contribute to fears, anxieties, procrastinations, and any other obstacles that makes you feel stuck. It can provide you with a sense of liberation and freedom from the burdens you may have carried for years.
This becomes a powerful tool because, once you release what is stuck, you can then access the high vibrational frequencies where your desires exist.
